We act as an intermediary to help both parties establish professional relationships, but we are not a direct employer, agent, or manager of either party.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age

Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements

Are providing accurate, current, and truthful information

3. Matching Process

Royal Lux Enterprise, LLC facilitates connections between co-hosts and property managers through a personalized matching process. While we strive for quality and compatibility, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, business performance, or continued relationship between matched parties.

4. No Employment Relationship

Royal Lux Enterprise, LLC is not a party to the co-host-property manager agreement and is not responsible for the terms, obligations, or disputes that may arise from any engagement between matched individuals or businesses. Any arrangements made between users are solely between those parties.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide truthful and accurate information during onboarding and use of services

Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Communicate professionally and respectfully with other users

Honor the terms of any contracts or agreements entered with matched parties

6. Fees and Payments

Fees for our services will be outlined in your specific agreement or onboarding documents. Royal Lux Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to change pricing, service tiers, or payment methods with prior notice.

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, service descriptions, and documentation provided by Royal Lux Enterprise, LLC remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We value the confidentiality of all parties involved. By using our services, you agree not to disclose any sensitive or proprietary information obtained through the matchmaking process without the prior written consent of the involved party.

9. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee success, earnings, or compatibility from any match

We are not liable for actions taken by co-hosts, property managers, or third parties

All services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Lux Enterprise, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regards to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or website updates. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
